A: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

Q: What time do UPS & FedEx pickup?
A: UPS Ground: 4:30 p.m.: Monday - Friday
UPS Air 5:15 p.m.: Monday-Friday
FedEx: 3:45 p.m.: Monday - Friday
FedEx 2:30 p.m.: Saturday

  

Q: Do you process regular U.S. Mail?
A: Yes, we handle all US Mail services.

   

Q: Do you sell stamps?
A: Yes, we sell stamps with a minimal handling charge.

  

Q: What time does your mail go out?
A: Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 4:00 p.m.

  

Q: Do you make copies?
A: Yes, we have 2 black and white copiers.

  

Q: Do you sell Boxes?
A: Yes, we sell over 40 different sizes of boxes, as well as tape and other packaging materials.

  

Q: Do you do faxing and can I receive a fax at your store?
A: Yes, we do both domestic and international faxing, and Yes, you can receive faxes here. Our fax number is (503) 297-2234. Have the sender put your name and contact phone number on the cover sheet, and we will call you when the fax arrives.

  

Q: Do you recycle packing Materials?
A: Yes, we are a member of the Peanut Recycling Council. You can drop off your clean peanuts at any time. Please make sure that no other packing materials (Bubble wrap, Styrofoam forms, Cardboard) are mixed in with the peanuts.

  

Q: Do you rent private mailboxes?
A: Yes, we rent private mailboxes. There are 2 options on how the address would read.
1: 4702 SW Scholls Ferry Road PMB ___, or
2: 4702 SW Scholls Ferry Road # ___.

   
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

   

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we typically carry about 15 different styles of gift wrap, half of which are Christmas designs.

     

Q: Do you sell gift boxes?
A: Yes, we carry about 20 different sizes of gift boxes.   

   

Q: Do you sell office supplies?
A: Yes, we carry commonly requested office supplies.

   

Q: Do you print business cards?
A: Yes, from very basic to very elaborate, business cards are available in 1 to 3 days, depending on the style requested.  

       

Q: Do you sell rubber stamps?
A: Yes, we offer both self-inking and knob handle rubber stamps, also notary stamps and journals. 
   

   
Q: Do you have a Notary Public on site?
A: We have 2 Notary Publics and there is always at least 1 on site during business hours. If you need a Notary Public to travel to your location, call to confirm availability, and to make an appointment for the traveling service.

  
Q: Do you sell Maps?
A: Yes, local and state maps.

     
Q: Do you offer Laminating?
A: Yes, sizes range up to 11 x 17.

     
Q: Do you sell greeting cards?
A: Yes, for all occasions. We carry cards from Recycled Paper Greetings, Madison Park Greetings, and Sunrise Greetings featuring the very popular Mary Engelbreight line of cards. Also the very popular, three dimensional Swing Cards.
